Rowan O’Leary LMSW
Rowan O’Leary (he/him) is a Licensed Master Social Worker who graduated from New York University. He uses a multidisciplinary approach to therapy, blending psychotherapy with evidence-based practices and a harm reduction model to best meet the individual needs of his clients. Rowan has extensive experience working with clients facing depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, complex trauma, and PTSD. He also specializes in working with LGBTQ+, queer, transgender, and non-binary clients, providing a supportive space for exploring identity and navigating relationship issues.
Rowan’s therapeutic approach is rooted in creating a judgment-free, affirming environment where clients can feel safe and accepted. He draws on his background in trauma-informed care, particularly in supporting LGBTQ+ clients, and integrates psychoeducation and advocacy into his work.
