Founder, Owner & Clinical Supervisor of Therapy Insights Practice
With over 15 years of experience in the clinical field, Michael leads a talented and diverse team of clinicians who provide evidence based care to clients with various needs and backgrounds. Michael’s advocates to build a team and train clinicians to support the LGBTQIA+ community and provide clinical supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians. He conducts initial consults for new clients and onboarding support to new employees in support for our rapidly growing practice.

Tina Mendeleyev joins Therapy Insights Practice as our Biller and Audit Specialist, bringing over 15 years of experience in mental health billing. She specializes in insurance verification, cost-share review, claim submission, and revenue cycle management, ensuring smooth and compliant financial operations. With expertise in platforms like Therapy Notes, Simple Practice and Availity, Tina streamlines claims processing and maximizes reimbursement efficiency. She is highly skilled in resolving claim issues and conducting insurance audits.
