Jonah Asch (he/him) is a Licensed Master Social Worker at Therapy Insights Practice. He earned his degree from the University of Denver and has extensive experience working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges. Jonah takes a holistic, client-centered approach, utilizing a blend of evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Jonah’s areas of expertise include treating anxiety, depression, trauma, isolation, self-esteem issues, addiction, and relationship difficulties. Jonah integrates strength-based modalities and emphasizes the mind-body connection to help clients build resilience and foster personal growth. He also has a deep commitment to supporting  LGBTQ+ communities, recognizing the unique experiences and needs within these populations.
