Coleman uses a strength-based approach, aiming to make therapy a positive and productive experience. His primary therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He believes that fostering trust and comfort helps clients feel more at ease when addressing their challenges, leading to tangible improvements in mental health outcomes.

Coleman is particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent and queer communities. His experience with multicultural and trauma-informed practices allows him to provide meaningful, impactful care to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Above all, he is dedicated to offering therapy that stays informed by the latest, most effective therapeutic practices while maintaining a compassionate, client-first mindset.

Coleman offers both in-person and virtual services, and he encourages clients to choose the modality that will best support their therapeutic journey. Regardless of the approach, Coleman is committed to meeting clients where they are.
