Erica Cartieri (She/Her) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. John’s University in 2013. She specializes in helping teens and adults navigate obstacles related to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and relationship issues.

Erica has extensive experience working with diverse clients, including those in the LGBTQ+ community. Her clients know they will be accepted just as they are, and that this remains true even when who they are is in a state of fluctuation. As a fierce advocate for her clients, Erica provides a compassionate and inclusive environment where individuals can explore their challenges and work towards positive change. Each session with Erica ends with setting a goal, intention, or strategy for the coming week.
